Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Hebei Outai Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. has set up an independent quality management center to fully implement the ISO 9001 quality management system. From raw material intake to finished product shipment, we implement a three-tier inspection system comprising incoming inspection (IQC), process inspection (PQC), and outgoing inspection (OQC). Statistical process control (SPC) techniques are applied to critical processes to ensure product defect rates remain below 0.5%.
Quality Control Procedures
We strictly implement the ISO 9001 quality management system, and implement the whole process control from raw materials entering the factory to finished products leaving the factory. The key links include: raw material incoming spectral detection, SPC statistical control of the production process, and EN 1090 certification of the welding process. Through CNAS laboratory testing and third-party certification, the product qualification rate is more than 99.5%, providing customers with reliable quality assurance.
